2. Description of Service

Cabbage & Tea provides AI-powered content verification services including:

• Real-time deepfake and manipulation detection
• C2PA standard verification and validation
• Content provenance tracking and audit trails
• API access for automated verification
• Compliance reporting and analytics

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use our services for illegal purposes or to violate any laws
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access restrictions
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data without permission
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

5. Subscription and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

6. API Usage and Rate Limits

API access is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier. Excessive usage may result in throttling or suspension. Enterprise customers can request custom rate limits.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our platform are owned by Cabbage & Tea and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a license to process it for verification purposes.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CABBAGE & TEA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount paid in the past 12 months
• Third-party actions or content

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cabbage & Tea from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
